What do I receive when I purchase a collection?

Each collection includes five high-resolution digital print files in three sizes (8×8, 10×10, and 12×12 inches, all at 300 DPI), a Print Guide with paper, printing, and framing recommendations, and a Collection Story Card. Everything arrives as a single downloadable ZIP file.

All print files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs at 300 DPI, ready to print at home or through a professional print service.
How do I download my files after purchase?

Your files are available immediately. After checkout, you'll see a download button on the order confirmation page. You'll also receive an email with secure download links. Click either one to download your collection.

Download links expire after 24 hours for security. If your link has expired, simply click it and the system will send a fresh link to your email. If you have any trouble at all, email us at hello@kettleandkey.com and we'll resend your files right away.
Yes. You can download your files as many times as you need. If your download link has expired, clicking it will generate a new one.
Yes. The files are designed to print beautifully at home, especially at the 8×8 size. Use the highest quality setting your printer offers, select matte photo paper, and choose "Actual Size" or "Fill" in your print settings. Your Print Guide, included with every collection, covers everything you need to know.
Matte finish paper in 200 to 300 gsm weight gives the warmest, most faithful reproduction of the art. Matte paper eliminates glare under glass and holds warm tones beautifully. Lustre or satin finish is a lovely alternative if you prefer a gentle sheen. Full details are in the Print Guide included with your purchase.
Nations Photo Lab (nationsphotolab.com) and Mpix (mpix.com) both offer exceptional quality on premium paper with square format printing. Local print shops such as FedEx Office and Staples can also produce beautiful results. Your Print Guide includes detailed instructions for each option.
Choose square frames that match your print size: 8×8, 10×10, or 12×12 inches. Simple frames in natural wood, white, or black complement the art beautifully. If your frame includes glass, UV-protective glass or acrylic will help preserve the colors over time.

The digital files are licensed for your personal use. You're welcome to print and gift physical copies to family and friends, but please don't share, redistribute, or upload the digital files themselves. Every scene is made with care, and keeping the files personal helps us continue creating the world.
No. The files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold, used commercially, or uploaded to print-on-demand services. For licensing inquiries, please contact us at hello@kettleandkey.com.
At this time, prints are available as collections only. Each collection includes five scenes that belong together, curated around a shared feeling and designed to complement each other on your wall.

Because all products are delivered digitally and available for immediate download, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases. If you receive corrupted or incorrect files, contact us at hello@kettleandkey.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
