About Us
Kettle & Key is a sole proprietorship registered in the state of Connecticut, United States.
Our Products
Kettle & Key sells digital art print collections. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical products are shipped.
Each collection purchase includes high-resolution digital print files in three sizes (8×8, 10×10, and 12×12 inches at 300 DPI), a Print Guide PDF with printing and framing recommendations, and a Collection Story Card PDF.
Digital Product License
When you purchase a Kettle & Key digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may print the files for personal display in your home. You may frame and display the prints. You may gift printed copies to family and friends for their personal enjoyment. You may use the images as personal wallpapers on your devices.
You may not resell the digital files or printed reproductions. You may not use the files for any commercial purpose. You may not redistribute, share, or make the digital files available to others through any medium, including file-sharing services, social media, or email. You may not upload the files to print-on-demand services for sale. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation. You may not modify the artwork for resale or commercial distribution.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Kettle & Key. Your purchase grants a license to use the files as described above. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
File Delivery
Digital files are delivered immediately after purchase through two methods. First, a download button appears on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout. Second, an automated email containing secure download links is sent to the email address used at checkout.
For security, download links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, clicking it will prompt the system to send a new active link to your email. You may download your files as many times as you need.
If you experience any difficulty accessing your files, please contact us at kettleandkeyshop@gmail.com and we will resend your download links promptly.
Refund Policy
All products are delivered digitally and are available for immediate download upon purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases.
If you receive corrupted or incorrect files, please contact us at kettleandkeyshop@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will send corrected files as quickly as possible. In the rare event that corrected files are not available, we will issue a full refund.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Squarespace's integrated payment system. We do not store your credit card or payment information. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment processor in accordance with industry security standards.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
